• Complete check-in with Salam Air on time and arrive at the airport timely, to avoid missing your flight without any compensation.
• As per Salam Air check-in policy, the counters close 60 minutes before departure. So, arriving later may mean you cannot travel, and no refund will be provided.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and Salam Air’s carrier requirements for the countries you are traveling to/from.
• If denied boarding for reasons not specified in Salam Air’s Conditions of Carriage, you are entitled to travel on the next available flight, along with refreshments and a SalamAir voucher.

How to check in for Salam Air flights?

For your flight with Salam Air, you have the convenience of online check-in through the web or opt for airport check-in as per your convenience.

Option 1: Online check-in 

Online check-in is quite convenient with Salam Air as many passengers opt for this option. You can check in from the comfort of your home or office through the official website of Salam Air.

You can follow the steps given below for Salam Air web check-in:

• Visit Salam Air’s official website.
• Click on the check-in option.
• Enter your booking reference and last name. 
• Click on the “Search” button.
• Go through the booking details and complete check-in.

NOTE: Online check-in with Salam Air is available up to a few hours before the flight, allowing you to skip the long queues at the airport.

Option 2: Offline check-in

As per Salam Air check-in policy, you can also check-in at the airport as your preference says.

• Go to your dedicated departure terminal.
• Visit the Salam Air check-in counter.
• Provide your ticket to the airline’s staff.

NOTE: Remember that the counters close 60 minutes before departure. You may not be allowed to check-in after the given deadline and your Salam Air flight might be missed.

How early to check in for Salam Air?

For both airport & online check-in, the check-in time varies for Salam Air. However, in general, you must complete the process 1 to 1.5 hours before the scheduled departure and fly stress-free.

• Online Check-in: As per Salam Air check-in policy, the online check-in portal opens 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight till 4 hours before the same.
