Easyfly Baggage Policy remains the same for all fares offerd, as the airline allows passengers to carry up to 3 checked bags. The cabin bag is included with the flight ticket with each fare.

Easyfly Checked Baggage Policy

As per Easyfly baggage policy, each passenger can buy up to 3 checked luggages. Passengers who are seeking to buy an extra weight allowance, can buy up to 3 kg.

• Standard baggage weight – Must not exceed 20 kg
• Maximum baggage weight – Not more than 32 kg
• Standard baggage allowance – 3 checked bags per passenger
• Size of the checked bag – Must be under 275cm (length + width + height)
• Baggage allowance for infants and children – Same baggage allowance as adults (3 bags per passenger)

Passengers who have an early flight to catch departing from London Gatwick, Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh or Berlin Brandenburg, can drop the checked baggage the evening before while saving time from the peak rush.

All you need to do is just drop the bags during the hours mentioned in the table below. Passengers would be issued the baggage tags and boarding pass in advance. When you arrive at the airport the next day, you go straight to the security checkpoint and to the boarding gate. You will receive your checked baggage straight to your destination – 

Easyfly Carry On Baggage Policy

As per Easyfly baggage policy, passengers can bring 1 cabin bag for free. Below is the detailed overview of the cabin baggage allowance offered by the Easyfly

• One small carry on bag – 45 x 36 x 20 cm (including any handles and wheels.
• Items included in small carry on bag – Small trolley case, handbag, rucksack and laptop bag.
• Weight of small carry on bag – Maximum weight 15kg
• One large cabin bag on board  – Maximum size of 56 x 45 x 25 cm, including any handles and wheels.
• Items included in large carry on bag –  1 trolley case and a larger rucksack,
• Weight of small carry on bag – Maximum weight 15kg

Carry-on baggage allowance for infants and children

Children over 2 years of age have the same Easyfly carry-on baggage allowance as adults. The maximum size of carry-on bags must be within 45 x 36 x 20 cm.

Items allowed for infant – In addition to the carry-on baggage allowance, infants on lap are entitled to carry following items for free – 

• travel cot
• pushchair
• double pushchair
• buggy
• car seat
• collapsible or non-collapsible pram
• booster seat
• baby back carrier

Carry-on baggage allowance for Flexi fare/easyJet members 

 EasyJet Plus members/ Flexi fare travelers are allowed to bring large cabin bags on board for free. Here are the details – 

How to add a large cabin bag for easyJet Plus members– While booking your flight, enter easyJet Plus membership number at the checkout page. An easyJet Plus members are also entitled to Up Front or Extra Legroom seats free of charge.

How to add Flexi Fare for passengers who purchase Flexi fare – In addition to the 1 small cabin bag, passengers who purchased Flexi fare are allowed to bring 1 large cabin bag, free of charge.

• Checked luggage up to 23kg (online) – If purchased online, it starts from 9.49 GBP. 
• Checked luggage up to 23kg (at the airport) – 40 GBP at bag drop desk.
• Fee for oversized small cabin bag fee (over 45 x 36 x 20 cm) – 48 GBP at bag drop desk.
• Fee for Oversized large cabin bag (over 56 x 45 x 25 cm) – 48 GBP at bag drop desk.
• Additional weight for checked bags (online) – 15 GBP for every 3 kg of extra weight. Maximum weight of checked luggage must not exceed 32 kg.
• Additional weight for checked bags (at the airport) – 12 GBP per kg.
• Small sports equipment (online) – 37 GBP per article per direction 
• Small sports equipment (airport) – 47 GBP per article per direction 
• Large sports equipment (online) – 45 GBP per article per direction

Easyfly Baggage Restrictions

Below is the list of items that you should not carry or be considered by the airline in limit – 

• Liquid – You can carry liquids, aerosols and gels in containers of 100ml or less. You can carry them in a transparent, re-sealable 20cm x 20cm bag.
• Alcohol – Must be  lower than 70% abv and packed in an airport shopping bag. Passengers are not allowed to shrink purchased alcohol on board.
• Food – 100ml limit for liquid food, like soup or custard.
• Baby food and milk – 100 ml limit does not apply on these items.
• Cigarettes – Allowed on board
• e-Cigarettes – Passengers can carry them. A maximum of two spare batteries in your cabin bag is allowed but not in the baggage hold.
• Match sticks – Not allowed
• Lighter – Allowed
• Tweezers and scissors with rounded ends and blades – Must be less than 6 cm long.
• Razor blades – Allowed in the cabin.
• Dry Ice – A maximum of 2.5kgs of dry ice is allowed in the cabin bag.
• Camera recording equipment – To take camera equipment, you need a large cabin bag. Large cabin bag is already included in the ticket prices for easyJet Plus, our FLEXI and Standard Plus fares.
• Print and toner cartridges – They must weigh less than 500g and need to be carried as checked luggage. Cartridges heavier than 500g are not permitted.
• Frozen embryos – They are allowed as cabin bag.

EasyFly Musical Instrument Policy

As per Easyfly baggage policy, any instrument larger than 30cm x 120cm x 38cm should be carried as checked luggage. 

• Instrument allowed in the baggage hold – double bass or harp
• Size of the instrument as personal item – Must not exceed 30 x 117 x 38cm
• Instrument with maximum dimensions of 45 x 36 x 20 cm – Allowed on board and must fit under the seat
• Instrument with maximum dimensions of 56 x 45 x 25 cm – Allowed on board and must be placed in the overhead bin.
• Instrument larger than 56 x 45 x 25 cm – Must go as a checked bag. Baggage fee may apply.
• Instruments larger than 30 x 117 x 38 cm – Passengers need to purchase a separate flight ticket.provided –

Instrument must not exceed a weight of 75 kg

Must fit within the seat width of 43 cm 

Instrument must be placed in window seat

How to purchase luggage with Easyfly? 

You can add checked luggage to your flight at the time of booking. Or simply add them after you booked the flight. 

• Online – You can add baggage at the time of online check-in or Manage Booking section. 
• At the airport – Please note that the baggage purchased at the airport is expensive compared to online. All bags that exceed the given baggage allowance need to pay an excess baggage fee of 48 GBP per bag.
