Carry-on Baggage Allowance

As per Cambodia Airways’ baggage allowance, you can bring a carry-on bag with a maximum weight of 7 kg and one additional personal item, such as a handbag, camera, or digital device. The combined dimensions of these items should not exceed 50 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm (total: 115 cm). 

  • This includes duty-free purchases. 
  • Items exceeding weight or size limits must be checked, and fees will apply. 
  • Excess carry-on baggage will be screened at the boarding gate. 
  • Arrive at the gate at least 1 hour before departure to avoid delays.

Special Baggage Allowance

  • Lithium-Ion Batteries: Small lithium-ion batteries (in devices) are allowed in carry-on baggage while flying Cambodia Airways.
    • Up to 4 batteries with a total capacity of 100 WH can be carried without airline approval.
    • For batteries with a total capacity of 100 WH to 160 WH, approval is required (2 batteries per passenger).
    • Batteries exceeding 160 WH are not permitted.
  • Prohibited Items: Some prohibited items on Cambodia Airways include flammable substances, corrosive or reactive materials, dangerous substances, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, strong magnets, etc.

Excess Baggage Allowance and Fees

According to Cambodia Airways’ baggage allowance, charges apply for any baggage exceeding the total weight allowance, regardless of the number of bags.

  • A single bag allowance on Cambodia Airways cannot weigh more than 32 kg.
